The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced that highway resurfacing on five routes in Juniata and Mifflin counties will start Monday. The project will improve over 15 miles of roadway. Crews will begin work on Route 75 between Gilland Road and the Franklin-Juniata County line. Flaggers will manage traffic, and drivers should expect short delays and avoid following construction vehicles into closed lanes. Other routes included are Route 74 in Turbett Township, Route 333 near Lions Club Park Road, Route 3018 in Tuscarora Township, and Route 2002 in Decatur Township. The $3.4 million project is expected to finish by mid-September.
