In Huntingdon County, a couple is facing charges after police discovered three young children living in what was described as a “deplorable” residence. 32 year old Albert Fragassi and 30 year old Alexus Corvino, were found with syringes, marijuana, and narcan in the home. The children, ages five, four, and two, were reportedly covered in dirt and filth. Police described the residence as littered with debris, dirty dishes, and unsuitable conditions for children. Fragassi and Corvino are both charged with endangering the welfare of children, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 8.
