A Mifflin County man is facing drug charges after he was caught selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant. 22 year old Nicholas Walker was arrested and then arraigned on multiple counts, including manufacturing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance. Undercover investigations revealed that the informant was able to purchase methamphetamine from Walker on two occasions: last July 19th and again this year on January 5th. The transactions were set up at specific locations in Mifflin, involving pre-recorded funds. Walker is now behind bars in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility. His bail was set at $15,000.
