Juniata County resident and local hog and poultry farmer Chris Hoffman, has been elected president of Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, after spending the past eight years as vice president. Hoffman takes over for Rick Ebert, a Westmorland County Dairy farmer, who served as president during that time, after being selected by delegates for a two-year term Wednesday during the Farm Bureau’s annual meeting at the Hershey Lodge. During the annual meeting, Farm Bureau members also voted on 200 policy resolutions.
