Two Lewistown residents, Scott Gutshall and Lisa Knudson, have filed nominating petitions for re-election to Lewistown Borough Council in the upcoming May 20 municipal primary. Gutshall, with 25 years of leadership experience, serves as council chairman for finance and personnel, while Knudson, a longtime researcher at Penn State, is active in local community organizations.
