A Pennsylvania woman accused of attempting to orchestrate a deadly arson attack had her plea for a bail reduction denied. Heather Ann Dibert of Blair County, is facing a multitude of charges after investigators say she allegedly hired another person to burn down a home where her estranged wife and others were residing. Despite Dibert’s request for bail reduction, citing intentions to abide by conditions and live with her parents, the judge upheld her bail at $1,000,000. The Commonwealth opposed the reduction, based on both the gravity of the allegations and Dibert’s history.
