36 year old David Mallery of McVeytown finds himself in a bit of trouble now after a wild chase through Mifflin and Huntingdon Counties. Allegedly driving under the influence, Mallery led troopers on a high-speed pursuit spanning nearly 22 miles. The chaos came to a halt when spike strips forced his stolen Ford Ranger off the road. Mallery attempted a foot escape but was quickly subdued by police. A search revealed drug paraphernalia, with witnesses alleging Mallery’s drug use prior to the chase. Now, he faces a litany of charges, including DUI and fleeing from authorities.
