Penn State University is launching its 2024 Butcher Apprenticeship Program, set to run from July 22 to August 22 at University Park. The initiative aims to meet the increasing demand for skilled professionals in the meat processing industry by providing hands-on training and education. With a comprehensive curriculum covering meat anatomy, food safety, and business management, participants will gain valuable insights under the mentorship of industry experts.
