Details have just been released regarding an Easter party here in Pennsylvania that ended with harassment citations after an argument turned physical. Robyn Kratzer, Charles Master, and Brady Shiffer were cited for harassment following an incident in McClure where Kratzer allegedly slapped Master and Master and Shiffer pushed each other. The disturbance occurred around 4 p.m. on March 31st… Easter Sunday… at a home on Specht Street in McClure. State police at Selinsgrove filed the citations, which were processed by the District Judge in Middleburg.
