Former Penn State Professor Facing More Charges

More details today about a former Penn State University professor, Themis Matsoukas, who is facing a slew of charges after a shocking discovery. Last summer, Matsoukas was caught in the act—exposing himself and engaging in lewd acts with a dog at Rothrock State Forest in Huntingdon County. But that’s not all! Investigators recently stumbled upon a treasure trove of evidence: dozens of videos showing Matsoukas committing indecent exposure, burglary, and criminal trespassing at a public park. Matsoukas now faces additional charges, including open lewdness, indecent exposure, criminal trespassing, burglary, and disorderly conduct for offenses committed last May 2023. The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources got wind of this scandal when surveillance footage captured Matsoukas in the act around a trail’s parking lot and restroom. They executed a search warrant at his home, where they found three iPads loaded with more than 30 incriminating videos. Investigators say Matsoukas told them that he engaged in the acts to “blow off steam.”
