Another Suit Filed Over Mail in Ballots

Pennsylvania’s handling of undated mail-in ballots is now the subject of another lawsuit after state and national Republican parties filed the lawsuit in Pennsylvania Supreme Court. It asks the court to order counties not to count undated mailed ballots… or at the very minimum, segregate them from the rest of the ballots in the event of future litigation. The suit points to a law that specifically states that anyone using an absentee or no-excuse mail-in ballot “shall fill out, date and sign the declaration” printed on the outer envelope of the ballot.
